Shipping Within Australia

• Standard Shipping: 2-10 days
• Express Shipping: 1-2
• Orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our Melbourne HQ excluding weekends.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders

• Once your order is with the courier, delivery times are out of our control.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking or contact us at lightsout@principalthelabel.com.

Address Issues

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
