Shipping Policy
At Principal The Label, we’re all about getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
All online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00pm CST will be picked, packed and dispatched same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your order’s journey.
Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays and destination location.
Customs & Duties:
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or additional fees depending on local regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Principal The Label.
Address Information:
Please ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Principal The Label cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
Once your order has been dispatched and is with the courier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information before contacting us at lightsout@principalthelabel.com and we will do our best to assist.
Returns Policy
At Principal The Label, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit only. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be submitted for return within 14 days of receiving your order and returned to Australia

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all packaging and tags attached.

Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or final sale products.
How to Return an Item

Email us at lightsout@principalthelabel.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address (please note this is in Australia)

Send your item back to us using a tracked shipping method at your own expense. We do not provide return labels.

Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit via email.
Important Notes

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and does not expire.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
